[Super Series]世界羽聯(BWF)公開超級系列賽主題曲及提供下載

　2011年 Yonex 盃丹麥公開賽即將在10月18~23日舉行, 丹麥本地好手預計會全面迎擊來自全世界各地的高手, 因為它是全世界五大頂尖超級系列賽之一.

　不過丹麥除了培育出不少能與亞洲高手抗衡的好手之外, 也有不少音樂人才, 就在去年秋天, 三位丹麥的音樂家 Rasmus Berg, Nicholas Kvaran 及 E Thornhal 共同譜寫一首曲子, 世界羽聯今天正式宣布將這首曲子作為世界羽聯(BWF)世界超級系列賽的主題曲.

　而且就在丹麥SSP公開賽即將舉行之前, 世界羽聯在超級系列賽官網( http://osimbwfwss.com/default.aspx )提供這首超級系列賽主題曲的下載.

　BWF 世界超級系列賽提供三種版本, 一是 54 秒的濃縮版的線上聆音, 一是2分05秒的完整版下載, 另一則是1分12秒的混音版下載.


這就是搭配畫面的54秒超級系列賽的主題曲.

作曲者 Rasmus Berg 簡介:

　Rasmus Berg 在中學時也打羽球, 他主要是參加男雙項目, 而當時和他一起打球的夥伴後來都成為丹麥的著名羽球選手, 像 Jens Eriksen 及 Martin Lundgaard Hansen, 他們代表丹麥參加2004年的雅典奧運. 大約在16歲左右, 他在音樂方面的成就已經遠遠超過羽球方面的成績. 高中畢業之後, 他跟兩位樂團的夥伴就搬到美國加州, 跟一些知名的音樂人物合作, 包括 Easy E, Snoop Doggy Dog 及 Michael Johnson.

　這三位夥伴製作了不少張白金唱片, 回到丹麥之後, 他和他的嘻哈樂團 "Den Gale Pose" 也成為非常著名樂團, 創作及表演不少熱門歌曲. 之後 Rasmus 及樂團夥伴 Nicholas Kvaran 合作在哥本哈根經營音樂製作公司 "Madness4Real", 而他們樂團的嘻哈主唱 Jesper Dahl 也單飛成功.

[KARA]將在10月19日推出第五張日文單曲"Winter Magic"

　KARA 真得非常瞭解日本人的文化習性, 日本人非常重視時令, 節氣, "旬の旨", 第四張日文單曲是"Go! Go! Summer!", 第五張單曲則是"Winter Magic", 雖然唱片時序還沒有到冬季, 不過我想他們的製作單位是希望這張單曲可以一直賣到明年 1, 2 月.

　這次她們照例是推出三款初回限定盤, 而且每款的封面及附贈的東西都不同, 以刺激銷量.

　
　初回限定盤A款, 除了收錄 Winter Magic, Whisper 兩首歌的演唱版及伴奏曲之外, 還附贈一張DVD, DVD內收錄 Winter Magic 的 Music Video, Music Video 的近照版及幕後拍攝花絮.

　
　初回限定盤B款, 除了CD以外, 還附贈一本有28頁的照片寫真集.

　
　初回限定盤C款, 雖然內容只有一張CD, 但是多收錄 Winter Magic 的耶誕節版本, CD裡就有五首曲子.

　每一款初回限定盤裡就有另外附一張"抽獎應募券", 在10月24日寄回就可以參加豪華獎品抽獎, 至於獎品為何, 負責發行唱片的日本環球音樂唱片公司還未宣布.

　Styx 是出身美國芝加哥的樂團, 他們是在1970年代末及1980年代初著名的樂團, 主唱 Dennis DeYoung 的嗓音獨特, 為這個樂團樹立獨特的風格. 這個樂團原本有點像香港的草蜢, 由兩位兄弟及一位朋友在1961年組成, 兄弟是Chuck及John Panozzo, 朋友是 Dennis DeYoung, 最初的團名是"Tradewinds(貿易風)", 後來也有新成員加入, 他們在1972年與唱片公司簽約時, 才把團名更換為Styx.

　"Lady"是他們收錄在1973年發行的"Styx II"專輯裡, 但是一直要到1975年才紅, 也是他們第一首"Top 10"歌曲.

最上方的版本是 Styx 在他們的故鄉--芝加哥的演唱會版本, 上面則是Styx在1995年重新錄製的版本, 下面的影片是 Dennis DeYoung一個人在演唱會上表演的版本, 此時他已滿頭白髮.

　今天來介紹另一個團名跟希臘神話有關的樂園--Styx(冥河), 他們的這首歌曲運用當時新發明的電子合成樂曲(Synthizer), 跟我們一般俗稱的電子琴是相同的運作原理.

　Styx 是希臘神話中人間與地府的連結及阻隔, 而大力士阿基里斯(Achilles)就是出生不久後被母親抓著腳踝浸泡在冥河才會刀身不入, 孰知母親手抓的腳踝竟然沒有泡到, 而成為他致命的關鍵, 英文也以 Achilles' heel 引申為致命弱點.

　Styx(冥河)的概念在中國的傳說故事裡也有, 在奈何橋奉上孟婆湯, 這座橋就是架在冥河之上, 不過這條河的名字則是來自印度佛教, 傳至日本譯為三途川.

　不過歌的內容跟冥界無關, 只是年輕男子不得已非得離開故鄉的心上人, 離鄉背景去打拼.

　我曾經介紹另一首日文歌曲"木棉手帕", 也是男子離開故鄉打拼的故事, 只不過愛情發生變化. 這首日文歌特別送給"東京談核色變"的作者, 希望下次見面時能聽到她演唱這首歌曲.

　美國民謠搖滾情歌經典之一的Sister Golden Hair", 也是由 America 樂團演唱, 你現在聽到的版本是他們出精選輯"Here & Now"裡音質較好的版本

　這首歌不只是好聽而已, 它的歌詞也是美國大眾文化中的代表, 歌詞的主人公騎著一匹沒有名字的馬在沙漠中踽踽獨行. 而且它的歌詞完全是美國口語式的, 它的雙重否定還是否定...

　即使你逃離日常生活的麻煩, 逃進杳無人煙的沙漠, 但是代表麻煩的"水"--歌詞中以雨及海洋來比喻--還是無所不在...

　每一個偉大的硬式搖滾樂團除了節奏感強, 情緒激昂的熱唱歌曲之外, 一定也要有一首能夠打動人心的抒情曲, 否則無法真正成為偉大的搖滾樂團. 而"Carrie"就是 Europe 能讓男人在激憤之餘, 又能夠注意到身旁心愛女伴的一首歌. 像Rolling Stone 的"Angie", Led Zeppelin的"Stairway to Heaven", Journey 的"Open Arms", Styx 的"Babe" 等.

[Music]Europe -- The Final Countdown

　提到 Europe 這個樂團, 絕對不能漏掉這首1986年推出的'搖滾國歌'--"The Final Countdown", 不管是現場或錄音版本都會令人熱血沸騰!!

　他們是來自瑞典的重金屬搖滾樂團, 最初是在1979年成立, 樂團名稱是 Force, 在1982年參加瑞典某個音樂比賽時, 才將團名改為 Europe, 也因為在音樂大賽中獲勝, 才贏得第一張專輯的合約. 之前他們雖然錄了一些創作的試聽帶, 送到唱片公司, 不過唱片公司的反應是要他們剪去長髮, 及用瑞典語演唱.

　不過他們要直到1985年才獲得美國CBS唱片的注意, 簽下一張國際性唱片合約, 他們在1985年9月和 Journey 樂團的製作人合作錄下"The Final Countdown", 使得他們在國際間一夕成名.

[Music] Asia -- Don't Cry

　Asia 是一個超級樂團, 裡面的成員都是之前各大傳奇性樂團的成員, 包括像 "King Crimson"的靈魂人物之一的 John Wetton, "YES"的兩大成員 Geoff Downes 及Steve Howe及 "Emerson, Lake & Palmer"的原鼓手 Carl Palmer.

　1970年代英國的搖滾樂不再只是Beatles, 而是有更多擁有正統音樂背景的年輕人投入搖滾樂的創作, 他們以搖滾樂作為他們創新音樂的實驗場, "Emerson, Lake & Palmer" 在1971年還出了一張穆索斯基的"展覽會之繪"組曲的搖滾版演奏專輯, 更是造成一片轟動. 他們這些樂團當時被稱為實驗搖滾樂團.

　這首"Don't Cry"是出自 Asia 的第二張專輯"ALPHA"的主打歌! 上面的是現場Acoustic 版, 原本放的是錄音室版本, 也就是後來唱片的版本, 但是被檢舉了, 現在換成MV版.

　本週起, 我將介紹三個樂園, 他們的團名分別是 Europe, Asia, America, 歐亞美三大洲, 首先登場的是我們所處的亞洲 ASIA, 不過它卻不是由亞洲人組成的, 而是由曾透過東印度公司"經略"亞洲的英國人在1981年組成的, 上面的這個版本是他們後來在東京開演唱會的版本, 音樂的速度及力量都不如當年生猛有力!!

　相信各位在連續三天聽了 Jim Crose 的名曲之後, 對他可能有點興趣, 大家可以上 Wikipedia看看有關他的介紹. 他在1973年9月20日搭乘小型商用飛機, 因墜機身亡. "I Got a Name"在他墬機之後才發行.

　Operator 接線生, 這個工作在電信工程電腦化之後逐漸消失.

　以前在電信自動化之前, 打長途電話時, 必須先撥到電信公司的區域總局, 再把你的長途電話號碼告訴接線生(Operator), 再由她幫你撥打, 直到對方接通之後, 再把你們的線路接通.

　現在的Operator則是企業的總機或櫃檯小姐, 當你撥到某個企業找人, 卻不知道他(她)的分機號碼, 就必須由他們幫你轉接. 我在當兵時, 曾經做過營區有線電話的總機, 也就是接機生, 還是插銷式的呢!!

這首歌曲是我最喜歡的樂團 OFF COURSE 第一張發行的單曲唱片--僕の贈りもの(我要送給你的禮物). 歌曲旋律是屬於1970年代早期的民謠風, "這首歌就是我要送給你的禮物"....

OFF COURSE 這個團名, 台灣某唱片公司竟然譯為"下課後", 其實它是"偏離正軌"之意.

木綿のハンカチーフ

這首歌是在1975年12月21日發行的單曲, 是1976年單曲銷售排行榜的第四名. 內容是從鄉下到城市打拼裡的青年與留在故里情人的書信對話.

歌詞的結構非常契合, 從第一段青年登上火車後, 就想幫故里的情人找禮物, 她回說, 我不需要什麼禮物, 只希望你能在染上大都會裡的五光十色之前回來...到第二段,半年過去了, 青年看到都市裡流行的漂亮戒指, 想要買來送給她. 可是她說即使是像天上閃爍的星星, 或是海底珍珠的戒指, 都不如你深情的一吻.
第三段, 開始有些嫌鄉下女友土氣, 因為妳都不塗胭抹粉, 看看我西裝畢挺的照片有多帥氣. 女友說, 我還是喜歡躺在草原上的你, 在都市叢林裡你要保重自己.

雖然它是很多日本人的青春名曲, 後來也有人翻唱, 但是要直到2002年椎名林檎重新以自己的唱法演繹之後, 才又掀起許多人的青春記憶, 在日本逐漸工業化, 都會化的過程中, 這種青春的愛情苦澀重新又被翻攪出來.
