[規則]BWF修訂新規則, 女性選手在1-3級比賽必須穿著裙裝上場

　世界羽聯(BWF)理事會在2010年12月修訂羽球競賽總則, 其中第19.2條新增一句, 今後在1-3級競賽, 女性選手必須以裙裝上場. 所謂1-3級賽事(註1)是指大獎賽(Grand Prix)級, 獎金5,000美元(含)以上的賽事. 這一條規則的改變引發不少女性羽球選手的抗議.

　19.2 In order to ensure attractive presentation of Badminton at tournaments organised or sanctioned by the BWF, all clothing worn by players shall be acceptable Badminton sports clothing. In level 1 – 3 tournaments women must wear skirts or dresses. It is not acceptable to tape over nor to pin on advertising nor in any other way to modify such clothing to comply with advertising or other regulations.

註1: 世界羽聯將國際羽球競賽分別四級, 第一級賽事包括湯尤盃, 蘇迪曼盃, 世青盃, 長青組世界盃及世界冠軍錦標賽, 第二級賽事包括, 超級系列賽, 頂尖超級系列賽及超級系列年終大獎賽, 第三級包括黃金大獎賽(GP Gold)及Grand Prix大獎賽.
